From the Smoker
At Blues Bar, our meats are seasoned with house-blended dry rubs, smoked and slow roasted over a blend of Hickory and Aplewood and finished with one of our Signature BBQ Sauces. Platters are served with a side salad and two side dishes. Substitute a cup of soup for $1

We use a homemade eight spice rub on our bone-in pork shoulders, which are smoked for nine hours, hand-pulled and tossed with your choice of Blues Bar sauces
